Several years ago, Jason decided to follow his dream of being a personal trainer. Motivating change in people and helping them to achieve their own personal goals was something that Jason was enthusiastic about.

Jason has gained significant knowledge and experience, as well as multiple qualifications, in the personal training field and he now owns his own fitness company – MOfitness.

Jason has experience in training a vast number of clients with diverse goals, backgrounds and abilities in fitness. He focuses on long-term achievements and helping his clients understand how to keep effectively moving forward with their targets.

Olivia is a personal trainer who has been in the fitness industry for four years.   She believes there is no “one size fits all” approach to enable her clients to reach their aspirations.

Catherine McLellan

Fitness Instructor  –  Catherine McLellan

In 2016, Catherine’s passion for exercise and nutrition started. She wanted to gain even more knowledge and understanding to educate others, helping them to reach and maintain their individual goals.

Catherine qualified as a Level 2 Gym Instructor, Circuits Instructor, Kettlebells Instructor and also gained an Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Weight Management. This Advanced Diploma targeted healthy eating for all, covering Pre & Post Natal nutrition and Childhood Obesity.

Catherine set up her business, Fitness Strength Locks Heath, and started running circuits and strength training classes. Catherine brings her dynamic and specialised classes to Atlas Gym with her to meet the needs of our fantastic Atlas family!
